Americans in Lebanon, In preparation for this Novembers general election, several US voter registration drives will be held in Lebanon this summer, the 2nd being in Beirut on Saturday, 28 June 2014. All Americans 18-years and above are eligible. Registration site location is the lovely Hilton Habtoor Grand, Horsh Tabet – Sin El Fil. Registration will run from 11AM to 1PM, administered by experienced American volunteers. US Embassy personnel will be on-site to notarize the few state registration cards (FPCA) which require it. At conclusion, all FPCAs will be couriered by the Embassy back to the US postal system where they will be dispatched to the various county registrar offices. What to bring: a) your current US passport b) the address where you last lived in the US, ideally what was used when last voting in the USA.
