Who doesnt love gold stars or stickers???? There are a lot of people that say that we are just big kids. And I know that some of you think it too! ;) And you would be right! Anybody that comes out to the circuit knows that we try to bring the kid out in everyone. Even though what we do out there is work, and hard work at that, hopefully it seems more like play where you’re having fun at the same time. And everybody knows that kids LOVE getting rewarded. We would hope that the main reward people get from the circuit is a healthier, happier life. But WE can’t resist giving you a GOLD STAR. So we have come up with a fun way for us to keep track of who is coming to the circuit and we think it will be fun and rewarding for you too. It’s called “Stars of the Circuit”. Here is how it works! Coming to 4 circuit days gets your name on the wall. (MANY of you will be grand-fathered in immediately with your name on the wall now, because you have already earned your name on the wall.) Every time you come to a circuit, we put a mark next to your name under that specific circuits column. There are 5 circuits plus the XK running. When you collect 1 of each of the circuits, you get a red star next to your name. When you collect 2 of each of the circuits, you get a blue star next to your name. 3 - green 4 - silver 5 - gold And beyond 5, we will repeat the colors starting with red. The actual number of circuit days you attend is not what earns you stars. You may have come to 10 circuit days but not have collected any Track circuits, and therefore not have any stars. Stars are earned when all 5 circuits have been collected. As for our XK running group, every time you accumulate 4 days of it, you get an orange dot next to your name. Everyone will start earning his or her stars tomorrow, January 16. No circuits will be counted retroactively. HOW MANY STARS WILL YOU EARN?!
