Who doesn’t want to be rich? We are all dreaming for a life that is comfortable but still wanting to wake up in the morning game face on. We all want to be financially-stable – the spotlight has always been on the end goal. We usually miss to focus on the path – the ways how to get there. What differs one from the other? Attitude – your attitude towards money is an essential ingredient for building wealth. Here are traits that could lead you to financial independence: Patience Since you won’t have anything in your hands as soon as you’ve thought of it, you’ll need a lot of patience along the way. This could mean settling for a car that fits your budget for the mean time while waiting for the one that you really like until you can afford it. Satisfaction When you in the state of life satisfaction, you don’t need to spend your money on wants. Some people spend on their wants because of self-esteem issues thinking they deserve something. Your finances will be in a better shape if you’re content. Organization Though it will really take an effort, it pays to be organized. It helps one be more productive and efficient. It addresses on all personal finance management – no late payments, knowing the deadlines, not buying two items with the same purpose, etc. Creativity They say you have a creative mind allows one to make something out of nothing. The current economy of high prices doesn’t always complement our earnings – being creative on all circumstances help. Risk-Taking The willingness to take risks is vital in wealth-building. This doesn’t mean any uncalculated risks though, but weighing all the options and taking all the perils when needed. Talk about the stock market and mutual funds – history proves that it provide good returns when invested wisely. Goal-Oriented “Eyes on the prize.” Setting and working toward your goal is important. If you don’t know where you’re headed to, it’s difficult to get there. When you’re goal-oriented, you are motivated to reach your goals that you have set for yourself. Hard- and Smart-Working Being rich is a lot of work. You won’t earn anything if you stay wherever you are now and bore yourself asking why you’re poor. Discipline All these traits will not make sense if you’re not consistent. One day in the gym will not give you the abs or even a flat tummy. You have to have the discipline to execute all your plans well. Do you possess all the traits mentioned?
