Who ever manages corporate culture at jetstar needs to revisit customer service and experience. First I find the website isnt working.. I report it / query it and straight off they tell me its user error.. Dickheads Then I get stuck in a slow moving queue and miss check in by 3 minutes. Douche bags Then as we are boarding, an old lady ahead of me in the queue, slips and falls on the plane stairs... Drop my stuff and race over to help her, took me about half a minute to help regain her balance, I look around and all the ground staff are just staring at me. Rude morons.
