Who has trouble meditating? I think we all do at some point. When I first started, I would quit because conditions were not "perfect". The dog was barking, there was lawnmower noise, the dryer was tossing pants with big buttons. The key to getting into your meditation zone is not to have perfect conditions, but to gently acknowledge the noise and let it go. The same with those annoying thoughts that jump in - and they will. Visualize a cloud or a feather and set the noise or thought on it and let it float away. The best reason to meditate is to reduce stress, promote inner peace and ease worry. Who can’t use that? It has been practiced for thousands of years and was originally meant to help deepen understanding of the sacred and mystical forces of life.
