Who is Ninja Chihuahua Part IIII Romeo awoke to a hive of activity the woman and her daughter were busy trying to put together some sort of play pen Romeo had never seen one but guessed it was to fool the people that would be coming by to look at the puppies that day. As the morning went on each puppy was grabbed, washed and brushed then dropped into the new area, well it was certainly a lot nicer than the last place thought Romeo and it seemed it was just him and his three siblings that would be using it. They had been given some multi coloured sticks that Romeo licked suspiciously and in surprised delight exclaimed they are treats real treats. There were also some balls and a couple of plastic toys that if you stood on them they squeaked they thought that was great fun and all four did it continually until the lady took all the squeaky toys away muttering & moaning under her breath about how all this better be worth it. Romeo was glad that if just for one moment they had irritated her it felt like a small victory! Ding dong quick hissed the blond woman get in position with that the girl got on all fours and started to try and stroke the dogs. Romeo looked at her in amazement and thought too little too late and nipped her hand. She was about to smack him when her mother showed the first people in. They were an older couple and they fell in love with the smallest of his brothers, calling him Louis they gladly handed over the money and took Louis home. Next was a couple of guys they scooped up Romeos sister immediately cooing and aaahing over her Romeo was so relieved it was her he had worried for the most. The blond woman told them she would have to charge more because she was a female and came from Kennel Club registered stock, they didnt bat an eyelid handing over the money Romeo heard them playfully arguing over what to call her Belle no we are not calling her after your grandma Cher oh my goodness you are obsessed their voices sounded joyful and Romeo was so happy that his sister would hear those voices now and not the cackling of the blond woman and her mean daughter. Ding dong by now the daughter had learned her lesson and didnt attempt contact with the puppies she just smiles serenely as the next couple walked in. It was a man and a lady, the lady had her eyes shut and was holding on to the man asking what was going on, she sounded a little fragile and it hit Romeo that this was his mummy right here. He had to think quickly he and his brother were identical there was nothing to chose between them he had to do something to make himself stand out. Like what he didnt exactly have skills at the moment and the squeaky toys had been confiscated so silently apologising to his brother he climbed on top of him just as the man said open your eyes and just pick the one you want. She opened her eyes reached down and picked him up she held him close and he knew he had made the right choice. The blond lady said do you want to buy it and get that half price pointing at the remaining puppy. Romeo felt his new mummy stiffen and she gently tucked him inside her coat and wrapped her scarf around him. His new Dad ignored her comment and paid the money. Romeo felt wretched leaving his brother behind but he knew he could trust Ninja by now and later that day he heard his Dad tell his new mummy that one of his mates at work had been and got the last chihuahua puppy and had called him Chico. So thats the story of how Romeo met Ninja Chihuahua. If only all dogs had such a friend to look out for them but this is why lots of doggies, Romeo & Frankie spread the word about puppy mills and unscrupulous breeders. Romeo has had a happy ending and the work that organisations like National Mill Dog Rescue does ensures more happy endings for doggies trapped in this cycle of breeding for greed.
