Who is illiterate & uneducated ? I can read and write in Arabic, but not in English Language, does that qualified me to be called illiterate & uneducated ? Every child in most of our Northern Nigerian (Muslim) communities has to undergo Quranic/IsLamic education, can they be rightly called out of school boys just because they didnt attend the westernly education and couldnt English ? The Chinese read, write and speak in non-English language, the Indians read, write and speak in Hindu, 90% of European countries use their individual national language to read, write and speak, the Arabs use Arabic to read, write and speak, the Jews in Israel use Hebrew to read, write and speak, and many more nations and countries uses various non-English language to read, write and communicate, does that qualifies them to be called illiterate and uneducated as I (Northerner) is widely called in Nigeria ?
