Who is this handsome boy? Meet Walter! He just happens to be buddies with Camilla, who we pulled yesterday. Walter has a sad story. His person checked herself into a mental hospital. About 12 hours later one of the nurses remembered the woman mentioning that she had a dog in her car. When the staff found Walter, there was a ton of feces in the vehicle, so we believe he had been living in the car for a while. Walter has thyroid issues according to his vet who was tracked down through a rabies tag. But the vet said it was never this bad. We are not sure what Walter has, but he is now a SNARR pup and will be taken care of forever! Walter is 11 years old and is super sweet. The shelter tells us both Cammy and Walter are just happy to be inside in the warmth and seem very content to be getting some love.
