Who knows of really good civil rights attorneys? I know of a few, but I want really really good. Someone who isnt afraid to take on the cheboygan county sheriffs department. Seems they have a certain bias police officer in there department! And aparently someone talking my son off my property after walking up in my house and taking him wasnt against the law. Now thats same person can pick him up from school and refuse to return him to me his mother who has sole custody. Mind you this has gone on for 3 years now. But I am told taking my son is a civil matter. Um correction read your law books again. Pretty sure the first incident happens to be called home invasion and kidnapping. Second time could still be considered kidnapping. Especailly when you are refusing to give the child back. Mind you there is no court order saying I have to let this certain person even see him. Cheboygan county Sheriffs department should really try cleaning up their police department. Apparently they have idiots working for their department that dont even know the laws. And guess what I am glad their officer dont like me cause I called her superior on her. Lol this time I will be fileing aggreviance. I KNOW MORE OF MY RIGHTS THEN YOU SEEM TO THINK I DO......
