Who remembers Trudy Hellers Bar on 6th avenue and 9th street... Who remembers the Village Barn on 8th Street next door to the 8th Street Playhouse just east of 6th avenue.... Who remembers the Knotty Pine Bar just east of University Place on 13th street.... Who remembers Paddy The Pigs at 96 9th avenue just south of 17th street. Who remembers the Five Brothers Bar on 6th avenue just south of 13th street... Who remembers Chico and Connies bar (aka McCoys Bar) on 12th street and Greenwich Avenue.... If you remember all of these bars you are definitely a senior citizen and qualify for a discount at all movie theaters...Joe Dean
