Who said healthy cannot be tasty? Who said Indian menu is boring? Have we tried ALL? Please see the posts in the ongoing event in CAL Healthy Indian Meal, you may have to think again. ;) My entry for the Lunch #Healthyindianmeal, 1. Baked stuffed Aubergines (Indian taste) - With 1 spoon of oil 2. Jeera rice - 1 spoon of oil 3. Green gram dal - 1 spoon of oil 4. Yellow cucumber, onion Salad with curd- No oil 5. Rotis - No oil 6. Plain rice I followed Sonals Amritsari Dal recipe. Thanks a lot Sonal, this is just like restaurant style. I tried Oven baked Tandoori roti too but Sonal, I goofed up with the temperature I think. :( . So, made rotis with the same dough, they puffed up and are super soft! :) Our special Sunday Healthy lunch is just awesome! :) :)
