Who said you cant make a decent meal under $20 for a family of four? Well here is something Ive created that was simple, cheap and broke the mouth Ono Ill call it Ts Sesame/Ginger Chicken with peppers 4 chicken breast $9.00 2 red bell pepper, sliced $2.50 1 yellow and orange bell pepper, slice $2.50 1 large yellow onion, sliced $1.00 1/2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp fresh grated ginger $1.00 3 tbsp soy sauce Salt and pepper to season your chicken Fry seasoned chicken breast in 1/4 cup vegetable oil for about 5 minutes on both sides or until chicken is golden in color and no blood in the middle. Meanwhile in another pan fry the peppers and onion together for about 5-8 minutes, now add in the ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil and set on low to simmer for another 5 minutes more. Turn off fryer and leave on the side. As your chicken is finished frying youre going to take it and lay it over the peppers and let it sit in sauce for ten minutes more (this will moisten your chicken so it wont be dry) and serve over hot rice or some salad. Enjoy
