Who wants to lick the beater and bowl? Ive just finished making a batch of pumpkin bread (for those of us in the UK, its cake, its just called bread, I dont know why). The pumpkin puree is homemade from last years Halloween pumpkin. Theres still enough puree to make something else, BESIDES the tinned stuff, so maybe pumpkin cheesecake, or fudge. Ehm, about the beaters and the bowl....too late. Ive already cleaned it off....LOL now it needs to be washed, so I can make sugar cookies. Gingerbread tomorrow, then icing on Friday. Saturday is a ME day, Sunday we go to the MILs, and next week its back to baking, I want to do gumdrop cookies, shortbread, applesauce cake, and plum pudding, oh, and the peppermint meringues. Yep, that will do.
