Who wants to live with me!!!!!! Sorry to post again. The housemate I was hoping to move in decided to buy a house instead haha!! Im 24, fun, great personality, knows how to cook, clean, socialise and also chill out. I have a large unfurnished room for rent in a 3x1 house in the quiet suburb of Eden Hill (Bassendean). Rent is $180 a week, bills not included (gas & electric). Im only asking for $360 for bond. Train station only a short 15 minute stroll down the road, 5 minute bike ride (for the people who are saving the planet) and a minute drive (for those who are lazy). Swan river is a 15 minute jog (depending how fast you are) down the road for those fitness freaks. Also close to shops. There will be only 2 People living in the house because I dont what to live in a crowded place. I do have a small Boston terrier who loves everyone. He is quiet, doesnt bark, except when you have a ball in your hand. So if you are a fun and friendly person, please msg me so we can sort out a viewing.
