Mr. Shafer, came back and said: “no sufficiently social reason, predicated on existing knowledge, justifies intrusion by the criminal justice system into the private lives of individuals who smoke marijuana. Why wasnt that listened to and instead a humungous dog and pony show ensued? Follow the money. If you are against marijuana, their are likely only two reasons: 1. You know NOTHING about it that is factual. 2. You are making blood money off of the atrocity.
