Whoever reads/watches this, I want to thank you for being interested in the things I do. This is a demonstration of the greatest Zelda glitch Ive ever done in my life. This is called the zombie hover, essentially you fly upwards while youre dead. You get knocked back from the bomb when you have a quarter of a heart left, as soon as Link gets knocked back you have a split second to do a jumpslash because he stands up one frame before he dies. To start the hover you have to hold L target and mash A and B very, very fast. Once youve gained a few feet of height, you only have to mash B, that may sound simple, but for Link to gain height, you have to hit the B button 9-10 times per second. Link gravitates to the floor instantly, your mashing is fighting gravity. On top of all that, Im using the Tingle Tuner to heal Link in midair. The Tingle Tuner is an in-game item that enables the player to use their gameboy as a shop, so to speak. It takes Tingle roughly 12 seconds for his effects to come into play. This is a really difficult trick and takes insane amount of skill. So in closing, speedrunning isnt the ability to rush through a game as quickly as possible, but rather the patience and pure endurance, everything is optimized. I apologize for the brightness, kinda hard to see the video. Thanks for checking this out.
