Wholeness of body/mind/spirit is our natural state, so why is it - TopicsExpress

Wholeness of body/mind/spirit is our natural state, so why is it that so many dont feel whole? As we move through life, and acquire life experiences, we can also acquire a build-up of stuck energy. This can happen by unconsciously accepting ingrained false beliefs about ourselves and the world, as well as through traumas and other life experiences. These experiences produce fear and self-doubt, which develops over time, and becomes our comfort zone. To move beyond it seems to hard, or too different, and some feel its better not to rock the boat. So we just accept it as reality, try different avenues to lessen the burden, and suffer the adverse effects of those avenues. What most people dont realize is that our souls are continuously moving toward our natural state, of wholeness. We dont have to accept depression, anxiety, addiction, or any lower vibrational state of existence. All we have to do, to allow ourselves to experience a state of wholeness, is integrate our disconnected selves with our higher selves. Now Im not preaching religion, spirituality, or any belief system. You can experience wholeness whether you are christian, pagan, buddhist, athiest, agnostic, jewish, muslim, spiritualist, all of the above, none of the above, or anything else. You dont have to adopt any belief system, nor give up one thats important to you. The part that is tricky for a lot of people is not belief system, and not even the condition (though it may appear that way). For most people, its a matter of reaching that place of rock bottom. When we say, enough is enough, then we are ready to turn things around. Knowing how to turn things around is not a factor, because when we reach that state, our souls know we are ready, and automatically respond accordingly. What it feels like is a compelling desire to do whatever it takes to feel better. We intuitively gravitate toward and attract the people, places, and things that assist us in creating a new reality for ourselves. This doesnt look the same for any two people, as each one is unique, but it is ultimately all the same. Then we step aside, no longer striving and spinning in circles, and just allow the process to unfold. We allow light to enter for the first time in as long as we can remember.. then we begin to remember. We have given our souls permission to resume their purpose.. and we discover our purpose. And so it is.
