Whoopsie three day msg shuggar bender wen got the flu really stupid idea let alone the action stupid stupid stupid. Getting of these poisonous food is hard n didnt realize how easy it wud be to fall back down.. was doing so well ... oh well time to get back up learn from this amazing lesson at least I know the huge difference physically mentality n soulfully food really mskes unto our existence in human vessels For all those who changing diets n finding it hard just keep going it aint worth falling off the cart The pain n sluggish feeling n feeling like our weight is a ton effects mind body n soul even conections to higher realms the info comes threw jagged.... tho ill pick myself up n move forward to a new lesson Love peace light blessings unto u n all
