Whos feeling a little better this morning???? This girl! My body is still a bit weak, but I wasnt going to let that get in the way of getting in my workout. So, I went with Pilates. I love Pilates because it focuses on the core like nobodys business. Every move has your core engaged and working like a champ. Pilates is an art (in my opinion) that is mastered over time, so dont get discouraged if it takes you a bit to get the moves down. Modify when you need to, and remember breathing is key in Pilates. Let each move flow with your breathing. This move is killer for your abs, and is sure to build strength in all area of your body! Click LIKE if you will give it a try!
