Whos your valentine this year? If youre still waiting for someone to sweep you off your feet- look no more. Earth is the perfect sweetheart! It will never break up with you...(unless, you know, global warming)... Come this Valentines Day, start the day of love off by loving our planet. A showing of the award-winning Chasing Ice will be in the Bolshoi February 14th at 12:00pm. And the amazing arctic explorers Galya Morrell and Ole Jorgen Hammenken will be speaking and sharing their adventures with us. There will be FOOD and FIRE too! (always fun) Brownies and cookies courtesy of the HS Enviro club for all your bake-sale needs, and an Ice Wisdom Circle BONFIRE will be happening in the courtyard after the screening; with marshmallows to roast of course. The whole thing will last until about 4:30, but feel free to only come to the bonfire or the screening if you please. :) There are many fish in the sea but only one planet you can count on forever (so far...).
