Why Dawsonenter sucks 1. Everything is does is SO SLOW if this was ever a commercial product it would just die in a day e.g. it takes 2 minutes to deleted a selection, for the love of kiwi fruit!!! 2. After opening a detailed record, the system does not allow user selection tasks from that interface and user needs to navigate to another process interface. There is poor integration of user selection workflow into the system and demonstrates a defective design. 3. Search results display options dont differ much and the Full display provides only a little bit more than standard display. Might as well default to Full right? 4. The refine filters do not allow Exclude and only allow Include options. It takes about 5 minutes to rest filters, unbelievable when trying to repidly filter through many results. There is no way to do anything fast on this system, it just totally sucks. We are better off making selection from info online and sending the list for purchasing. Nobody would buy this sytem even if they gave it away for free.
