Why Do Teachers Skip Some Parts Of The Body During Class? This might sound silly ooo, but its the truth! Theres a school beside my house. So, while I was in my room this morning, I could hear the teacher teaching the pupils Parts Of The Body, she missed/skipped an important part. Which made me recollect my Nursery school days.. This shouldnt be new or a surprise for us who schooled in the Southwestern part of Nigeria. These teachers thought we were dumb and yes, we were for not asking. The teacher would be shouting; Parts of the body!!! Ori - Head Oju - Eyes Imu - Nose Enu - Mouth Eyin - Teeth Ahon - Tongue A(k)pa - Hand Aya - Chest Iku(n) - Stomach Idodo - Puff Puff Navel And here comes it! They would skip here and jump to Ese - Leg blah blah I remember, I would keep thinking why the teacher skipped where Im using to wee wee. Id want to ask but later would keep quiet. Im very sure, I wasnt the only one curious then to know. But, maybe we were scared.. Why do/did our Nursery school teachers skip that important part of the body? Why didnt we ask?
