Why I Love Needlepoint: Now that my children are older I have been able to experiment with so many different crafts.. some new, some like old friends being revisited. One of the new friends is needlepoint. While I have cross stitched and still crochet, I love the elegance of needlepoint. I, too, feel as though I am connecting with ancestors and am passing on traditions to the next generation either by sharing my needlepoint skills with others, or by passing on gifts to friends and loved ones. Needlepoint is so relaxing, and it makes me feel very proud of what evolved onto the fabric.
