Why India is one among the most ancient cultures of the - TopicsExpress

Why India is one among the most ancient cultures of the world? Geographically, the land areas of Indian subcontinent lie near to the equatorial line. The advantage of living near to the equatorial line is that the temperature of the land always remains near to the normal healthy temperature of a human being throughout the year. So people who are born in such places got the opportunity to live there permanently and continuously for centuries of years and got the opportunity to develop tested and proven traditions and values which are very important in maintaining health, families and civilized orderly life. Whereas the northern and southern hemispheres are very cold areas where people started to live permanently recently only – possibly within 3000 to 4000 years – after the development of science and technology to develop modern clothing and other supportive measures needed to withstand the severe cold which otherwise freeze human beings to death. But 3000 to 4000 years are very short period of time when we look into the history of mankind. The present cultures of the people who are living in isolated continents are even less than 500 years only. When people migrated there to exploit the natural resources, they destroyed everything there and started new. But unfortunately, the new cultures of the world takes leadership in the world due to their military, economic and media might and influence the people all over the world for their advantage. This is actually the problem of the present world, which the whole world, particularly the people of the ancient cultures of the world needs to understand to maintain their experience driven, tested and proven traditions and values intact. We can see 80% of the ancient cultural values are worthy and beneficial for the healthy and civilized orderly existence of the people around the world. So all Indians who are incidentally lucky to be born into one of the most ancient culture of the world needs to understand the purposes behind our traditions and values and its relevance and importance and practice it in our life and also need to take leadership in the world by becoming examples to humanity at large for the development of a global culture.
