Why am I awake at 4 a.m.....who knows but I bet you early birds will love having your workout posted for you already..have a super day. Wild Wednesdays -20 walking lunges -20 DB swings with squat. Start in squat position. hold a DB with both hands and when u stand up swing db up and over your head. As it comes back down between legs go back to squat. Keep arms straight at all times. -20 Push ups -20 bent over rear deltoid fly. Stand feet together, knees together, bend at waist, bend knees slightly. Let db be in front of you toward the ground. Lift arms from elbows and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Keep a slight bend in elbows. -10 Static lunges with lateral arm raise w/ DB. Stand one foot forward, one back on toes. Bend back knee to floor and stay put now lift DB (arms) out to side. Only lift to shoulder height. (Next time thru switch legs.) -20 jumping jacks -40 high knees (like you are running but with high knees) -10 High jumps in place. Jump up high, raise arms over head as you jump. Land in squatted position repeat. - 30 sec plank holds x 3 - 50 Ab crunches little - 10 side planks. Get into side plank on elbows. Stack feet. Lift hips off ground and lower 10 x. Do all exercises and repeat 3 x.
