Why am I not yet in Enkusero? Monday the car went for inspection at Thika. Stickers did not match the protocols numbers. 15 cars were inspected the whole day. We just needed the speed governor approved, but there is only one lane for all..... Today the car was at inspection again by 06.45 am. Last minute that form got stamped, but it was too late already to pay and get KRA TLB sticker. I hear Nairobi inspection is closed so all go to Thika, but still no matching stickers. Today 30 cars were inspected - over 200 were waiting. If that is not paralising economy - then I do not know how to describe it.
