Why am I so #poor? @eapn @Number10gov @DWPgovuk #SHARE If you ask David Cameron why we are all so poor, you might get an answer you don’t agree with. A recent report by the Conservatives produced ‘to deal with #poverty in all its forms’ has decided the following factors are key causes of poverty: • Family breakdown • Educational failure • Welfare dependency • Debt • Drug dependency So, in other words, it’s MY FAULT. Thanks for the support #David. Then again, can you expect him to think of us in any way other than as an uneducated single parent on #benefits with a drug habit and a credit card bill the length of my arm? He probably didnt meet that many poor people at #Eton to be honest… Being poor is not a choice, it is a mixture of factors often beyond my control. I cannot change the minimum wage, put a cap on rents, criminalise tax avoidance or wave a wand and give everyone a decent, truly affordable home.. But you could Mr Cameron, which I believe makes it YOUR FAULT!
