Why are Black People in America make up the overwhelming majority of the victims of wrongful convictions? There are two sets of laws in America, laws for Black People and laws for White People. The so-called law which states that a person is pres-summed innocent until proven guilty, has never and will never apply to Black People in America. The reality is that we Black People are always pres-summed guilty until proven innocent by 95% of Whites in America. That is why the U S Constitution for Black People in this country is false until proven true through civil rights struggles and supreme court cases.
