Why are people so nice when youre a nobody (not well known/ - TopicsExpress

Why are people so nice when youre a nobody (not well known/ obviously I dont mean it literally), but when you start coming up/getting popular or having influence, people are so mean?! To the point that it seems unreal. When I hear people calling Ariana Grande a whore or a this and a that, Im sure she has thick skin and doesnt let it change her but Im like, are we that low of humans that we have to call people names and say horrific things about people we dont even know? Do we do this subconsciously to feel better about ourselves? Or are we just that horrid?... Did you forget theyre human too and have feelings just like you? Ive experienced it and Im not even famous. Even for some music videos I was in (on YouTube) where it got millions of views, I see hateful comments and people suddenly being bold and calling me a B***h, ugly, they couldnt choose a prettier girl? And other harsh comments. If that was your friend, you wouldnt say that, would you? And IF you dont agree with a celebritys artistry/lifestyle, then instead of hating, wouldnt the most mature thing to do is love on them and inspire them to change? Especially if they already have a big Influence. When you pray for a celebrity, youre not just praying for that one person--- Youre praying for all their fans and followers around the world. When does hateful bashing ever provide a conducive environment for any positive outcome (if thats your genuine desire)? I know as artists in the industry, we made a choice to be open to public praise AND scrutiny, and we have to have tough skin. But at the end of the day, were still human. Were no better or worse than anyone else. We laugh and cry too. So stop hating, bashing, calling each other names. And start LOVING. Its really that simple. Love. Love and Love. God is love.
