Why are the people making the least amount of money charged with paying for Muskrat falls ? Why are fish quotas been cut for in shore fisherman ? Why are regs been changed in regards to boat size and than declared unfit ? Why are factory ships allowed to fish during spawning season ? Why is the cod fishery only 3 weeks and too early ? Why is the revenue in this Province directed mainly at the Avalon peninsula ? Why is the government still trying to close the out ports ? Why has the ferry service been cut to out ports ? Why has ice breaker service been cut at prime time ? Why werent the replacement boats and contingency plans put in place years ago for out ports ? Why are the people of northern Labrador virtually out of food ? Why is the rent and housing so out of control in Labrador so out of control that it has gone beyond gouging? What has the government done to protect the interest of ALL of the people of this Province? In its quest to become the Alberta of the East the Governments of this Province has forgotten or just ignored the people of NL. Only by standing shoulder to shoulder can we demand fair and equal treatment. If you listen to any of the talk shows, you will hear people phoning in with individual problems. Individually we can be ignored or just plain forgotten , collectively , we can be a force to deal with.
