Why are we so afraid of strangers in todays society? We hold ourselves so strictly, making sure that we dont make any mistakes that would embarrass us in front of these people we hardly know. But really, why does it matter? What will they do? You will encounter millions of people in your life, most of whom will only be part of your life for a fraction of a second before theyre gone from your life forever. So why on earth would it matter what they think, if theyre only in your life for that second? My advice would be, stop caring; stop focusing on what these strangers might think of you. Allow yourself to make mistakes, to embarrass yourself sometimes, to BE HUMAN. I promise you, the people around you probably wish they could be human for a second too. So loosen up, and let life happen. Youll be a lot happier when you begin to accept your flaws, others will too.
