Why are you talking about tax Mrs. BIR??!! You should be prioritising how the donations will go to the victims! Your explanation is very clear and about the Republic Act...etc. but the bigger problem was not solved! Youre bringing another layer to slows down the donation from reaching to their assigned destination! If we follow your rules, nothing will reach the typhoon victims, nobody trust local government anymore! I just saw a video of a western volunteer admit that they will deliver the goods by themselves, by themselves rather than coursing thru local government, because government officials are taking these good for themselves. I beg you, put your energy how things can move faster and transparently reaching to the typhoon victims, time is ticking...
