Why? compare the past to the future. about the neighbourhood watch of the past and the present. for me we all one together we strong and united we shall succeed. time chance so did strategy chance. outnumber decrease and also the setup on neighbourhood watch patrols and organizing differ. to be strong. we need to a united body with one communition line and open boundaries. our leaders must not plan in a box and need to be atominis meaning dont let others dictate our running of community safety businesses. thats a mouthful. just come on board join the NHW and make that difference
