Why did I write an answer showing a girl as displaying double standards? Because it is becoming a habit to blame boys for them all the time. I am merely pointing out that hypocrisy has no bias - for every brother who wants to date and doesnt let his sister date, there is a sister who thinks her brother is so superior that he cannot marry a woman who has been married before. Proud to be Indian? Not when I see this happening. What is good for the goose is good for the gander! Edit I: I realized that the actual proverb is What is sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. which might not be understood by the youngsters (my children included)...so I am letting the original stay. Edit II: Thanks for the feedback, people...given names to improve readability. Names, of course are a figment of my imagination and any resemblance to persons living is entirely intentional!
