Why did the young man turn around and come back for an altercation? Second, How do you get a person off of you while pounding his head? Granted no one deserves to get killed...but when you are pinned down you may be thinking that you are going to die. This was a terrible thing that happened but I really believe after listening to all the evidence (case) No way was this planned, or racially motivated. Now we have people who are breaking windows and starting fires ....how is that fair to those people who have nothing to do with this case. I hear Obama wants to file federal charges REALLY!!! Why is this president encouraging racial war since he has taken office!!! The media is fueling this with their lies and misleading with their sensationalism
