Why do people always think that working out is a punishment or waste of time? Seriously, why? Is it a punishment or a waste of your time, to help you minimize your risk from all these chronic diseases like, type 2 Diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, and all other over weight related health issues? Or you just cant seem to fathom why you have to eat less in order to be healthy? Because you are thinking this all wrong. You have been eating way too much, thats why eating enough, for you seems eating less. Think about it, it makes sense!!
