Why do people seem to assume that women need far less calories than men? They dont. They need the same food the same balance of carbs, fats and proteins starting aprox 1500 -/+250 roughly.. calories at least ( at the mid bottom range!) with a wide array of foods... Same as men.. You want to Loose fat and be toned? Then do less cardio , some still but less and lift weights. Its like banging your head up against a brick wall. -Women and men lift weights - Do some cardio - Eat 5-6 times a day protein based meals Yes every meal must be based around protein and vegetables. The only time you wouldnt put women straight away on this would be because of years of under eating. Eating good food DOES NOT MAKE YOU FAT Eating less food less carbs less fats no protein MAKES YOU FAT That simple.
