Why do people seem to do things contrary to the word of God? Last night I watched a great recent 2:30 hour debate on my computer between Bill Nye the science guy & Ken Ham founder and president of Answers in Genesis (USA), in northern Kentucky. Debate 04-FEB-2014. https://youtube/watch?v=3JOKhRwMK-4 If you desire to know anything about Almighty God and His creation we must follow His instructions which are clearly written in the bible as the following in Proverbs 8:17 “I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.” and Jeremiah 29:13 “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” God advises us in Isaiah 40:25 “To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.” and Isaiah 46:5 “To whom will ye liken me, and make me equal, and compare me, that we may be like?” Some say that everything came about through evolution which took billions of years a dogmatically incorrect view which discredits Gods word which declares He accomplished the complete task of creation in six twenty four hour days (YOM) in Hebrew. To believe anything different either makes God a liar or puts us in the place of a false prophet. One thing the debate lacked was any mention of the symbiotic nature of the natural world which says that vegetation needs insects, birds, wind and water for pollination in order to bear fruit and seed as well as carbon dioxide provided by humans, animals, birds insects, fish and volcanic activity etc. All living thing excepting vegetation require oxygen which the vegetation provides. There is more than I could write on a thousand pages about symbiosis or symbiotic in nature. Lest I forget it all living thing need good bacteria to survive otherwise we couldnt digest the food we eat. The question I pose to the persons who want to believe in an evolution requiring millions or billions of years, how could life exist at all if they had not all came about in short order like the Cambrian explosion has shown us? Symbiosis is biological terminology for the living together of two or more dissimilar living organisms, as in a mutualism, commensualism , mensualism or a parasitic way. Most of these are good things while some others most likely came about after the fall because of sin.
