Why do so many people assume that leisure time as measured by either sociologists or economists (referring to time not spent on work for which people are getting paid) is actually not busy, not work of its own kind, and frankly not at all leisurely? Your time off trying to scrounge up paid work, better yourself, or just find a way to get a good healthy meal if youre unemployed is undoubtedly busy and awfully so. I see no myth here.
