Why do some employers (or is it their HR departments) think they can dictate over the labour law? I have worked on average 74 hours a week for 8 weeks and now my employer refuses to pay me overtime stating your contract is inclusive of overtime. Sorry - no right-minded individual would work up to 74 hours per week with the knowledge that they would receive no remuneration for the hours worked beyond the 40 hour work week.
