Why do those clinging to religion insist that it somehow compliments intellect and the understanding of the universe? Religion and science are completely incompatible, mainly because 1 is based in proven fact and the other demands you suspend critical thought and reason. If you think that the only way to understand the universe is through false divinity and man made superstition, you will never find what you claim to seek. I say "claim" because if you truly endeavored to understand the cosmos in a valid way, those man made superstitions would be cast aside. Those who cling to man made superstition seek not truth or wisdom, only transparent comfort and false reassurance
