Why doTerra? (part 2) A bottle can be labeled pure essential - TopicsExpress

Why doTerra? (part 2) A bottle can be labeled pure essential oil, even if it only contains 15% essential oil. ALWAYS look on the bottle for fillers (though they are not always listed), synthetics, and additives. Look to see if it allows topical use (many recommend against it!). And always look for the FDA Supplement Facts box before daring to put a drop in your water or your mouth. Standards are so very lax, doTerra created their own CPTG standard. CPTG = Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade. EVERY batch of essential oil is tested 7 ways before being accepted, by OUTSIDE labs. Any batch with any impurity, including pesticides, is rejected. The oils are tested again at bottling, and after bottling. DoTerra works with some of the top essential oil chemists in the world. As a trained researcher… Ive checked into this process myself extensively ;-D. And I fully trust THIS company. These are the highest therapeutic quality essential oils you can purchase commercially. :-) The proof, for you, is in the smell, and in how your own body responds. Anyone is welcome to come to one of my classes and compare oils. :-)
