Why election boycott? 1. To be loyal to the sacrifices of great martyrs of nation. 2. To revere the unmarked bodies buried across Valley. 3. To ensure the secure future of our progeny. 4. To secure the sanctity of our women and homes. 5. “Elections” and “Freedom” are contrary to each other. (To be far from elections is a call towards freedom). Let’s unite together as a Millat-e- Waahidah(One Nation) and keep ourselves at bay from any kind of elections under the Constitution of India for the better interest of our freedom movement. The bargainers of sacrifices of nation, by taking part in elections under Indian Constitution caused serious damage to the freedom movement, all for their petty material gains and consolidated Indian forcible and armed occupation of Jammu and Kashmir. Will you vote for those who produced Special Task Forces (STFs), Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and whose job is to arrest youth day and night? The murderers of Shaheed Muhammad Maqbool Bhat and Shaheed Muhammad Afzal Guru do not deserve our votes. Shabir Ahmad Shah Hurriyat Conference Jammu Kashmir (HCJK)
