Why factory farmed pink slime is legal and raw milk isnt is beyond me. I know that there is supposed to be a huge health risk from bacteria in raw milk but at the same time we have digestive auto-immune diseases in this country (Crohns disease,etc.) that dont exist in third world raw-milk consuming countries. This is Merica, dammit, and if someone wants to risk diphtheria for some hipster yogurt they should be free to do it! Its probably way less risky than smoking cigarettes, drinking a two liter of Coke or taking Prozac anyway.
