Why have I decided to run my Image Makeover Workshop with a Difference on 4th October 2014....details pinned to top of this page. EVERY woman I have worked with in my Business whether she was 18 or 60 plus, has had issues with Self Confidence, dislike or even hatred for their bodies. Self Esteem and lack of self belief have held them back from living a life of joy, freedom and happiness. They have been deeply hurt by criticism either at home, at school or in the workplace. This hurt runs deep but can be cleared. Some have even felt their lives were not worth living at some point. This has to STOP. I feel really passionate about helping women of all ages, whether in Business or not, develop more confidence and belief in themselves, bringing self acceptance and peace within. Overeating or undereating, drinking a glass of wine every evening to relax is a symptom of underlying unease. Hiding behind clothes that are baggy and dull, or perhaps even feeling pressure to not leave the house without being fully dolled up can be a mask to pain. I am asking the women and men from the West of Ireland who read this post to please share my workshop link. There are women out there waiting for this workshop to help them release limiting thoughts and beliefs about themselves and their bodies. I am keeping my workshop intimate, in private, luxurious surroundings. Transformation and fun are part of the day. I will teach simple techniques which you can use for the rest of your life and I will share tips on self care which are invaluable.
