Why help? The police constantly reinforce the idea with the public that it is their job and not the public. It could be that the public sees it that way now. The sheeple are conditioned to question first “am I certified to help? Could I get sued if the thug is black? Will the police arrest me? I am unarmed. Is the thug armed? Will the POTUS make another stupid statement painting me the racist thug and the minority as the victim?”. If you consider the use of armed or physical force and are sued like Zimmerman was, it could ruin you financially and possibly end up in prison or put the safety of your family at risk if the media paints you a racist vigilante. Why help when we have seen that no good deed goes unpunished?
