Why i encourage youngster to self employ in their early age? 1. Its jz like investment. Youngsters are risk taker. 2. They have to be hardworking and desprate than anybody else. Because the more they learn and explore, they will never forget it easily and appreciate their own achievement. 3. While their friends are still reading books, they already start meeting diff ppl, self value promote, close sales, work and get money, financial planning, time management, future planning....all these are not mentioned in the book and uni. 4. The opputurnity is open for them. Unlimited possibility for their achievement. Thts we we always see new ideas where by we have never even come across our mind after so long in the industry. Yes, they need to be crazy to achieve tht. A few factors that stop them for making it happen: 1. No money 2. No network 3. No support 4. No motivation 5. No imagination. All above, 3 words : Not Desprate Enough. Same theory as when we are hungry, we find food. No one can stop us unless we are not really hungry. We will just continue sear for it until we are full with satisfaction. That is the process we are looking at no matter what kind of food u able to find with the budget you have. Summary, you wont die. Because u don want to. Go for it with courage and positive mindset. You all can do it!
