Why is FILA discriminating against women by size? Women Olympic Champs are powerful & come in all shapes & sizes!!! WOMEN OLYMPIC CHAMPIONS from the London Games: Tennis-Venus Williams 74 kg Discus-Sandra Perković of Croatia 85 kg Shot Put-Valerie Adams of New Zealand, 120 kg Hammer Throw-Tatyana Lysenko of Russia, 81 kg Javelin- Barbora Špotáková of the Czech Republic, 80 kg Football-Abby Wambach of the USA 81kg Rowing-Heather Stanning of UK, 75kg Swimming- Allison Schmitt of the USA, 75 kg Volleyball-Fabiana Claudino of Brazil, 73 kg Olympic Womens taekwondo, weightlifting, judo all have no upper limit on their highest weight classes: Olympic Taekwondo-67kg+ Olympic Weightlifting-75kg+ Olympic Judo-78kg+ FILA, the international governing body for wrestling at the Olympic Games appears to be discriminating against women by size because they only allow women to compete at 72kg while allowing the men to compete at 120kg. Clearly, Olympic Champion Women can win at 72kg+ per the info above. What if Women Olympic Basketball players were discriminated by size? What if Men Olympic Wrestlers were discriminated by size? What if all Olympic Sports were discriminated by size?
