Why is faith so hard? I have struggled with this ALLLLL My life. i READ the scripture and see wonderful promises......AND YET ...........i say that only applies to everyone else. ****************************************************************************** AND YET There is not ONE SINGLE negative thing in scripture spoken towards His Servants. God DOES not ever talk about CURSING his servants, doing HARM to His Servants, doing EVIL, doing BAD. ***ITS JUST NOT IN SCRIPTURE ANYWHERE**** and yet we struggle Terribly to BELIEVE that God would ever do ANYTHING GOOD FOR US. ****************************************************************************** Part of it is a BACKLASH to the FALSE Prosperity gospels .......as if believing his promises...........falls into the category of Prosperity Gospels. This is Satans Methodology. Another Part is.........we TRUST our PAST EXPERIENCE......more than WE TRUST WHAT SCRIPTURE SAYS.....so our Life experiences HOLDS THE WEIGHT.......NOT SCRIPTURE. This is also Satans Methodology.......who wants us to only look at our past experience........NOT THE PROMISES OF GOD. ***************************************************************************** Long Story Short..............LIFE IS A LONG JOURNEY.........in which we Learn to ACTUALLY BELIEVE WHAT THE SCRIPTURE SAYS...............and LEARN TO CRACK THE FAITH BARRIER. As simple as it seems........in theory............ It can take a life time..............TO ACTUALLY JUST BELIEVE WHAT GOD SAYS............over and above..................ALL THE OTHER CRAP. Guess thats why God gives us a lifetime of sorts..............just to learn to TRUST HIM. ****************************************************************************** Most of Messiahs Ministry was JUST........trying to get people TO BELIEVE and TRUST in Gods Ability. Thats it.
