Why is it harder for women to lose weight? Due to my clinical experience I can say that if you are nutritionally NOT balance that the gender factor is nor relevant. You could see results, lose weight and keep it for at least 12 mounts only if you are nutritionally balance. When Im taking nutritionally balance I mean: - do you have any food allergies? - how are you breaking and absorbing your foods? - how stress you are? - whats your sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, homocysteine, iron, vitamin D, B12 levels looks like - is it balanced or not Anyway you look at that: Balance first, weight loss next today/health/not-fair-why-it-harder-women-lose-weight-men-2D80172484
